Pricing and payment: Consultation fees are disclosed at the time of booking. Payments are processed securely through our designated payment system. All fees are in the currency stated at the point of sale. Pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

Refund policy: Consultations that are cancelled by the client with at least 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled appointment time may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at our discretion. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, are generally not eligible for refund. Technical difficulties on our part that prevent the consultation from taking place will result in a full refund or rescheduling.

Professional responsibility: The practitioners providing consultations through EcoHomeo are responsible for the professional conduct and advice given in their consultations. EcoHomeo does not guarantee any specific health outcome from any consultation. Consultations are complementary services and do not replace conventional medical care.

All content published on EcoHomeo.com — including but not limited to text, articles, remedy guides, blog posts, images, graphics, layouts, design elements, logos, and the overall presentation and compilation of content — is the intellectual property of EcoHomeo or its respective content creators, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
